Determining the value
Determining the value of property is the essence of a valuation. The professional valuation services and corresponding reports provided by BaseValue form the foundation of the decision-making processes for many economic and social transactions. These include: (re)financing, purchase and sale considerations, expropriation, balance sheet valuations, et cetera. BaseValue has three commercial valuers, of which two have the certificate ‘special valuations’ (special real estate and valuations exceeding €5 million). Our valuers are registered with RICS, NVM, TEGoVA and HypZert.
We carry out valuations for a wide range of clients. We work extensively for municipalities, provinces, and the government. But we also provide market value appraisals for banks, project developers, investors, and owner-tenants. These often concern the value of property or the value of the property including the structures on it, as well as determining the value of intended (re)developments.
